WALKING ALONG FRANKFURT
I walked a whole day, alone, around Frankfurt, looking at people and architecture, facing sun and rain.
These pictures are the diary of that day, of my 20 km marathon around the city.
I have been in Frankfurt something like 20 years ago, for something like 15 days, during a work trip, and the idea I had of the city was not so good...Frankfurt seemed to be a city with no story, nor a soul.
This time was a pleasant discovery, I found a city that's projected in the future, with wide-open spaces, and great architectures.
And also, a great Leica shop, where I spent a couple of hours, in the moment of heaviest rain, speaking about photography and cameras (Leica is one of my most desiderata...).
Technically, all the pictures has been shot with NO CAMERAS.
I didn't had with me a working camera (sad story) so I took all the pictures here with a smartphone, a Huawei P20Pro.
'cause the best camera is always the one you've with you.
